Booking Policies

All sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Your date is only secured once the booking fee is received and the contract is signed.

We provide a curated style guide and planning session for all clients to ensure our creative vision aligns perfectly with your expectations.

Clients are responsible for securing location permits if required. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our primary service area.

Payment Policies

Retainers & Booking

A non-refundable retainer of $50-$75 is required to secure your date. Your booking is not finalized until the retainer is paid and the service agreement is signed. This ensures your dedicated time with Lens Love AJ.

Settling Your Balance

The remaining balance is due exactly 48 hours prior to your scheduled session. For major events, final payment is required 14 days in advance. We accept all major credit cards, and electronic bank transfers for your convenience.

Investment Transparency

All pricing is inclusive of high-resolution digital delivery and professional post-processing. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside of our primary service area, which will be clearly outlined in your initial quote.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens and plans can change. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients with the highest level of service, we have established clear guidelines for adjustments to your booking.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a partial refund or credit towards a future session. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will result in a forfeiture of the deposit to compensate for the blocked studio time and creative preparation.

Professional commitment and mutual respect for time ensure the best creative results for every client.

Rescheduling is permitted once per booking, provided the request is made at least 72 hours before your session. New dates are subject to current availability and must be within three months of the original date.

Lateness Policy

We value your time and our commitment to excellence. Your session begins at the scheduled time. Arriving on time ensures we have full use of your booked window to capture every detail without rush.

Lateness exceeding 15 minutes will result in a shortened session or potential cancellation to protect following appointments. Punctuality is the cornerstone of a premium experience at Lens Love AJ.

Galleries & Deliverables

We prioritize quality and intention in every frame. Your final curated gallery is a reflection of our commitment to timeless storytelling and professional excellence.

Delivery Timeline

Standard turn-around time for portrait sessions is 14 business days. For weddings and large-scale events, please allow 4-6 weeks for full gallery delivery.

Formats & Quality

All images are delivered in high-resolution JPEG format via a private, password-protected online gallery. 

Online Access

Your online gallery will remain active for 90 days. We recommend downloading and backing up your final images immediately upon receipt to ensure long-term preservation.

Copyrights & Usage

All images captured by Lens Love AJ remain the intellectual property of the photographer. Upon final delivery and full payment, clients are granted a personal use license, allowing for social media sharing, personal printing, and archiving. Any commercial use, third-party distribution, or significant digital alteration requires prior written consent. We take pride in our work and reserve the right to use selected images for professional portfolio display, social media showcases, and marketing purposes, ensuring your moments continue to inspire others with elegance and grace.
