A: Photography sessions can be booked directly through the booking page. Creative services and event planning begin with an inquiry or consultation to discuss your specific needs before moving forward.
Q: Is a deposit required?
A: Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure photography sessions and event services. For creative services, a deposit may be required depending on the scope of the project.
Q: When is the remaining balance due?
A: For photography services, the remaining balance must be paid before final images are delivered. For creative services, full payment is required before final design files are delivered. For event services, the remaining balance must be paid prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed upon.
Q: What is your turnaround time?
A: Turnaround time varies by service. Photography timelines will be shared after your session. Creative service timelines are provided at the start of the project. Event planning timelines depend on the scope and event date.
Q: How do revisions work for creative services?
A: Each design package includes a set number of revisions. Additional revisions may be requested for an additional fee.
Q: Can I request rush service?
A: Yes. Rush services may be available for photography editing, creative design projects, and certain event needs for an additional fee.
Q: Do you travel for sessions or events?
A: Yes. Travel may be available depending on location. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside of the standard service area.
